This all began in 2022 when bex was a fresh face in Maryland, after moving from the middle of the Mid-Atlantic Region to its southern reaches. Since then, research, development, passion, frustration, and chutzpah has gone into this passion project.
Rebecca (bex) Bergh is a music therapist who has been practicing actively for 10 years. She holds a bachelor's in music therapy & a master's in music therapy and counseling. With this training, bex has worked in spectrum of care facilities facilitating group and individual therapy sessions. It's from this expertise, skill, and solidarity with folks who seek to improve themselves despite what challenges they may face, that bex approaches this new venture.
Boot Weather is more than 1 person--it is a space for community & growth. It is a collective.
It is together, in the collective, that sustainable change and accountability are found.
